The following services outline East Idaho Auto Auction services:

Transportation

- Driver Services Beyond the typical driver services that place vehicles in the auction inventory and prepare sold vehicles for transport, East Idaho Auto Auction will pick up and deliver cars to be auctioned for participating dealers.

- Transport Companies
When vehicles are purchased, we provide transport services to deliver the inventory to the dealer’s location. We coordinate the delivery on trailers that transport between 3 and 10 vehicles.

Sales

- Auctioneering
Our seasoned auctioneers are professionals who understand the auto industry. With their expert training, they create the car auction atmosphere that facilitates the buying and selling of vehicles.
They strictly follow the auction rules to run an impartial and fair car auction that is exciting to attend.

- Title Processing
To expedite the sales process, we provide title processing services. When requested, we act as a representative for the dealer to insure that the sale and title paperwork is in order for legal ownership transfer.

- Flooring
East Idaho Auto Auction offers a variety of flooring options which include, AFC, DSC & MAFS. Please contact us to get more information on how you can sign up for one of these great programs.

- Buyer Protection
East Idaho Auto Auction provides a buyer protection service for vehicles that cost more than $4,000 and have less than 100,000 miles. When a qualifying vehicle is purchased with the Buyer Protection Service, East Idaho Auto Auction will inspect the vehicle checking for major defects.

After the vehicle passes inspection, the buyer also has 7 days to perform their own inspection. If the vehicle does not pass either inspection, the sale is reviewed and placed in arbitration.

- Arbitration Under the Buyer Protection Service, if a major defect has been identified, the vehicle is taken to a third party shop for diagnosis. East Idaho Auto Auction will work with the buyer and seller to establish a favorable compromise.

- Events & Promotions As occasion permits, East Idaho Auto Auction provides promotional events to bring more buyers and sellers together. For example, we sponsored the East Idaho Rumble which was a UFC style fight night with 10 bouts sanctioned by the MMA. This exciting event drew about 1000 people which contributed to a very successful auction that sold over 700 cars.

East Idaho Auto Auction takes security seriously. The facility is fenced and gated with 24/7/365 monitoring. Rest assured, auction inventory is inventoried, controlled and secure.

Repossession 

- Recovery
In situations when recovery of a vehicle is necessary, East Idaho Auto Auctions can help. We provide recovery assistance that is licensed, bonded and insured. The skilled auto investigators will recover vehicles, motor homes, semis, boats and more. Recovery services span from Pocatello to Rexburg.

- Condition Report Writing When a car is repossessed, we provide the service of evaluating the car and providing a report to the lenders. The report, which includes photos, will provide details of the condition of the car and will help lenders determine if repairs or reconditioning is necessary sell the car.

Shop Services

- Certification Inspection
Under the Buyer Protection Service, vehicles are inspected and certified. This service includes a visual inspection of the vehicle’s body and frame. The fluids are examined and the engine is further inspected for major leaks. The car is subjected to a methodical test drive to assess drivability and includes an investigation of engine and transmission noises. Only vehicles that pass this rigorous test are certified for sale.

- Mechanical
We can provide engine or mechanical repairs when a vehicle needs repairs before or after a car is taken to auction. Our shop is staffed by qualified service technicians with years of experience in auto diagnosis and repair.

- Full Detailing
Detailing services are available to prepare vehicles for auction. Detailing includes an interior vacuum and shampoo, exterior wash and wax, and the rims are washed and shined.

- Reconditioning We provide reconditioning services for vehicles that need repairs before they go to auction. Reconditioning includes auto glass repair, body work to repair dents and fender replacement. In many cases, Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is used to fix minor dents and dings.

Alpha Warranty

This exclusive 90 day Power Train Warranty is provided free of charge to the dealers that purchase vehicles from East Idaho Auto Auction.   Learn More
